Returns
Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchase:
Our policy period is 30 days. If you do not return an item within 30 days of purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us
Merchandise that has been returned for more than 30 days

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, refunds take about 48 hours to officially arrive.

Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund arrives.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at service@uarzt.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Return & Refund Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Return & Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
